So this is RaRa!

When asked where Rara is, Isaac either remembers or frantically looks.

Rara has a habit of popping out of nowhere and surprising Isaac.  His reaction is a mixture of smiles & giggles & trepidation.  With his whereabouts known Isaac can relax.  

It's a strange relationship - probably the closest thing to an ally Isaac has in the stuffed toy realm - they're

 all pretty scary apparently!

Rara also appears in a mindbogglingly numbing tv show.
