Isaac - Timezone!!

This place hadn't changed much since I was there as a kid - gotta love Cavill Av Timezone.  In fact at his age it's really cheap, he just loves sitting on the rides!

Isaac - the poo that almost stole Xmas

We thought Isaac was on the mend after his 2x emergency ward visits - we were wrong.

After a slight recovery down the coast he went lethargic again. This time Glen Hart helped us out at Pindara (the old stomping ground).

There was a long night with a naso gastric tube and blood tests with Julia. He wouldn't sleep, got very cranky most of the night and pulled the tube out.

In the morning the nurses performed a very quick enema, minutes later (and a impossibly large nappy delivery) we had a miraculous recovery!!!

He downed 2 bottles of milk and loads of weetbix (laden with ozmolax). He declared he was happy - truly amazing.

Xmas eve was the finale.  During the night he had 2x wickedly expansive poos - followed by 2x thorough showers and a change of sheets.

Following are the before and after photos. We think he lost more than 2+ kegs over 14 days, a lot from starting at 15kg.

Isaac & Zoe - peacocks...

Zoe's personality is starting to shine.

Isaac is still pretty crook, but managed 5min of gawking at the peacock before he became a zombie again.

Isaac - visits to the hospital

While Zoe has been pushing out teeth, Isaac has been pushing out explosive vomits!!

4-5 days of this had him scarily listless and dehydrated.  The first visit to the new Lady Cilentro hospital lasted from 10pm-2:30am. After X-rays and lots of prodding they rolled in the nasogastric machine.  He must have sensed it, because for the first time all day he sucked an ice block.  It was enough to give him a sugar hit and start drinking a little more.

By midday at home he hadn't drunk anymore, so we took him back to hospital.  After lots of neurofen & panadol he drank and ate enough to be sent home.

He lost over a kilo, was constipated, and almost delirious - but is on the mend now.
